United StatesI had given up, but then I saw your add and after much debate ordered it. It is like a cloud no matter what side I sleep on it feels like a silk puff cloud. I sleep so much better now and my head doesn't feel hot, the material is cooling and soft.

United StatesBought for my 97 year old grandma and she loves it said it is nice when she lays on her side it doesn't go flat we since have bought a nother pillow 2 seat cushion one for car and one for her wheelchair and chair the knee pillow and pillow case and hope to get a few for my self as she likes them so much I had bought these for her birthday and Christmas and next year hope to get the whole fam one the pillow has her sleeping through the night which is great she's not so crabby in the mornings lol

It is hard to describe in the sense that it is dense and firm yet soft all at the same time. It supports my head and neck perfectly, and it has helped with the back pain that I used to wake up with. I have already encouraged my husband and mom to get one for themselves! I know it is a bit pricey but the comfort is totally worth it!
